「論曰至名心隨轉」者，就長行，初釋頌、後約法明俱有。此下釋頌。果等，等取異熟、等流。善等，等取不善、無記。生等四種總名為時，故此等言不通於時，但在果、善。

Regarding '[The treatise says: ... are called mind-conforming]', in the prose: first it explains the verse, and later clarifies coexistence with reference to dharmas. This next explains the verse. 'Fruit, etc.' includes maturation and outflow (niṣyanda). 'Wholesomeness, etc.' includes unwholesome and indeterminate. The four—arising and so forth—are collectively termed 'time'; therefore, this word 'etc.' does not apply to time, but only to fruit and wholesomeness.
