「且初能作至除自餘能作」者，此下第二別顯體。六因不同，文即為六。此即初文，問起頌答。

"First, the efficient cause […] with the exception of itself, the rest are efficient:" below this is the second section, specifically revealing their essences. The six causes are different, so the text is divided into six. This is the first passage, posing the question and answering in verse.
