「於中隨增至是三界繫」者，答。於彼三界現行法中，隨順增長三界貪者，是三界繫。
"That among them which conforms to the increase... is bound to the three realms" is the answer. Among active dharmas in those three realms, that which conforms to and increases craving of the three realms is bound to the three realms.
