「頌曰至餘非有損壞」者，初句明第一識住；第二句明第二識住；翻此第三識住，謂翻此第二句應身一想異；身想一是，第四識住；第四句是後三識住；無色下三，第五句結；第六句簡法。

"The stanza says: ... the rest are not, having injury and destruction": the first line explains the first station of consciousness; the second line explains the second station of consciousness; the reversal of this is the third station of consciousness—meaning that reversing this second line gives 'uniform in body and diverse in perception'; 'uniform in body and perception' is the fourth station of consciousness; the fourth line refers to the latter three stations of consciousness; 'the lower three of the formless [realm]', the fifth line, concludes; the sixth line eliminates other states.
