「不應更立至由義已顯」者，答。十二支外不應更立，然無前說有始有終及無窮過。此十二中，世尊由義已顯。

Regarding "Further [links] should not be established [...] because the meaning has already been made manifest": this is the answer. Outside the twelve links, further links should not be established, yet there are neither the aforementioned faults of having a beginning and an end nor of infinite regress. Within these twelve, the World-Honoured One has already made this manifest through their meaning.
