「不必須通至造頌無失」者，就答中，一非三藏教，不必須通；二諸諷頌言或過實故；三若必須通，如菩薩母所見夢想，善現造頌無失。

Regarding "It is not necessary to reconcile ... there is no error in composing the verse": within the reply: First, this is not a teaching of the Tripiṭaka, so it is not necessary to reconcile it. Second, the words of recited verses may exceed reality. Third, if it must be reconciled, [it was spoken] in accordance with the dream seen by the Bodhisattva's mother, so there is no error in Subhūti's composing the verse.
