「如業所引至次第增長」者，如業所引諸蘊相續，復由惑、業轉趣餘世。「謂非一切」已下，別顯。諸蘊非皆長短量齊，引壽業因有差別故，隨能引業增微次第增長。

"As propelled by karma […] gradually increases": as propelled by karma, the continuum of aggregates transmigrates to another world due to affliction and karma. From "It is not that all" onward, it explains specifically: the aggregates are not all of uniform long or short measure; because the karmic causes projecting lifespan differ, they gradually increase in accordance with the strength or weakness of the projecting karma.
