「論曰此何所立」，長行釋也。文中有三：一總明頌意、二釋頌眾名、三總結也。就明頌意中有二：一問、二答。此問也。如前已說，除道聖諦，餘有為法名為有漏。此中具說何所立耶？

"The treatise says: What is established here?": this is the prose explanation. In the text there are three parts: first, generally explaining the intent of the verse; second, explaining the various names in the verse; third, concluding. Regarding explaining the intent of the verse, there are two parts: first, the question; second, the answer. This is the question. As stated before, excluding the Noble Truth of the Path, the remaining conditioned phenomena are called defiled. What is established by explaining them in full detail here?
