「論曰至一切法盡」，長行釋也。於中有三：一明一蘊、處、界攝一切法盡；二明勝義攝；三明世俗攝。此文初也。

Regarding the commentary statement from "The text says" up to "all dharmas exhaustively": this is the prose explanation. Therein are three parts: first, clarifying that a single skandha, āyatana, and dhātu exhaustively subsumes all dharmas; second, clarifying ultimate subsumption; third, clarifying conventional subsumption. This is the first part of the text.
