論「於中十五至皆通二種」，明雜、不雜緣也。喜等各別緣境，故名不雜緣。若別緣法境，亦名不雜緣法意近行。若兩合緣乃至五六合緣，皆名雜緣法意近行。

[On the Śāstra's statement:] 'Among them, fifteen [up to] all admit of both kinds', this explains mixed and unmixed cognitive objects. Joy and the others apprehending their objects separately are called having unmixed objects. If they separately apprehend the mental phenomenon (dharma) object, they are also called mental investigations of mental phenomena with unmixed objects. If they apprehend two combined, up to five or six combined, all are called mental investigations of mental phenomena with mixed objects.
