論「有餘師說彼滅在頂」，述異師說。此師意說，涅槃最勝，故於頂滅。
On the passage in the treatise "Other teachers say that its cessation is at the crown": this recounts the statement of a different master. This master means that nirvāṇa is supreme, and therefore [consciousness] ceases at the crown.
