10.258

論「正邪定餘至可成二故」，此釋第三不定聚也。非定屬，一得不定名。住增上忍及第一時，時少不說，及未捨見邪性故。

On the passage in the treatise from "Other than correctly and wrongly determined" to "because two can be accomplished": this explains the third, the indefinite aggregate (aniyata-rāśi). Not definitely belonging [to either], one obtains the designation indefinite. While abiding in the supreme stage of forbearance (kṣānti) and supreme worldly dharmas (laukikāgradharma), because the duration is short, they are not mentioned, and also because one has not yet abandoned the wrong nature of views.
