論「名色何義至今應辨名」，已下一句第二釋名。行、識二支如別處說，故今越次釋名色也。
The treatise says: "What is the meaning of nāmarūpa? [...] Now nāma should be explained." The following sentence is the second part, explaining nāma. The two factors of saṃskāra and vijñāna are explained elsewhere, so here nāma and rūpa are explained out of order.
