論「寒那落迦至地獄壽量」，明寒地獄。「佉梨」者，受一斛器名，如此間計升、斛等名。「婆訶」者，此云篅，受二十斛。即是二十佉梨一麻婆訶量。篅盛麻故，名麻篅也。摩揭陀國盛麻篅多受二十石。餘文可解。百年取一篅中麻也。

The Commentary states, "From 'The cold naraka' up to 'lifespan in the hells,'" explaining the cold hells. "Khārī" is the name of a container holding one hu, like measuring by sheng, hu, and the like in this country. "Vāha" is translated here as a granary basket (shān), holding twenty hu. That is, twenty khārī equal the measure of one sesame vāha. Because the granary basket holds sesame, it is called a sesame granary basket. In the country of Magadha, the granary baskets holding sesame mostly hold twenty dan. The rest of the text can be understood. Every hundred years, one takes one sesame seed from the granary basket.
