論「八捺落迦增各十六」，已下第二釋十六增。先引經中二行頌證、後牒釋也。
The commentary says: "The eight hells each have sixteen additional [hells]"—below this, secondly, it explains the sixteen additional hells. First it cites two lines of verse from a sūtra as proof, and then repeats and explains them.
