論「豈不前說至風為種子」，論主述自家有二種子：一業所生風、二災頂風也。業風如前釋，頂風如後釋。既有此種，何用細微？

The treatise says: "Was it not previously stated … wind serves as the seed?" The Master of the Treatise relates that his own school posits two kinds of seeds: first, the wind generated by karma; second, the wind at the summit of the disaster. The karmic wind was explained earlier, and the summit wind will be explained later. Since these seeds exist, what need is there for subtle atoms?
