論「輪王出世至何威何想」，已下兩行頌，第二明輪王。就中有五：一問何時、二問幾種、三問幾俱、四問何威、五問何相。

On the Śāstra's words, "When a wheel-turning monarch appears in the world ... what majesty and what marks?": The two lines of verse below form the second section, explaining the wheel-turning monarch (cakravartin). Within this there are five topics: first, asking what time; second, asking how many kinds; third, asking how many coexist; fourth, asking what majesty; fifth, asking what marks.
