論「契經就勝至應知亦爾」，通經唯說金輪，理實餘輪王亦爾。
On the Śāstra's words, "The sūtra speaks in terms of the superior ... one should know that the others are also like this": This resolves the objection that the sūtras mention only the golden-wheel king, whereas in principle the other wheel-turning monarchs are also like this.
