論「應審思擇至為約一切界」，問。乘茲便明有十方佛。此即問也。
On the Śāstra's words, "One should carefully deliberate ... or regarding all realms?": A question. Taking occasion of this, it then clarifies whether there are Buddhas of the ten directions. This is that question.
