論「若爾何緣至得自在轉」，大眾部等引經難。若謂一佛普於一切十方世界皆得自在，何故經說「我今於此三千大千得自在轉」，而不言餘世界轉也。
On the Śāstra's words, "If so, for what reason ... attains sovereign turning?": The Mahāsāṃghikas and others cite a sūtra to raise an objection: If you claim that one Buddha universally attains sovereignty in all world systems of the ten directions, why does the sūtra state, "I now attain sovereign turning in this trichiliocosm," and not say that he turns [the wheel] in other world systems?
