論「無表論者至寧有無表」，反難有部。無依福業但是心念意思隨喜等事、無有表業、寧有無表？
On the treatise's statement, "For the proponent of non-information ... how could there be non-information?": this objects in turn to the Sarvāstivādin. Baseless meritorious karma is merely mental recollection, mental rejoice, and so forth, lacking informative karma; how could there be non-information?
