論「戒為堤塘至由心受持」，破第八證。由心受持力，遮防破戒惡法不生，非別無表。
The treatise says: "Moral discipline serves as an embankment... through being maintained by the mind." This refutes the eighth proof. By the power of being maintained by the mind, evil dharmas that break discipline are checked and prevented from arising, not by a separate unmanifest [form].
