論「一切所造色多與大種俱時而生（謂一切有對造色及作俱無表），然現在未來亦有少分依過去者（作後無表）。」
The treatise says: "Most derived matter arises simultaneously with the great elements (meaning all derived matter with resistance and the unmanifest that is simultaneous with action); however, a small part in the present and future also relies on past ones (the unmanifest subsequent to action)."
