論「有餘師言至劣故斷故」，敘異說也，下善劣故、下染斷故。此是雜心師釋。
The commentary states: "Other masters say ... because it is inferior and because it is abandoned." This relates a different explanation: the lower wholesome is inferior, and the lower defiled is abandoned. This is the explanation of the masters of the *Saṃyuktābhidharmahṛdaya*.
