論「毘婆沙師至通果心起」，有部釋頌，與餘師不同。謂佛四威儀中皆能入定，非謂恒時定也。故作是說，非無記心。

The treatise says: "The masters of the Vaibhāṣika ... up to ... the mind of supernormal fruitions arises." The Sarvāstivādin explanation of the verse differs from the other masters. It means that the Buddha is capable of entering meditative stabilization in all four postures, not that he is permanently in meditative stabilization. Hence this was stated; it does not refer to an indeterminate mind.
