論「此所由業至謂思所作」，明二業也。一即是思、二思已業。思已業者，謂思所作，即身、語業。
Treatise: "The karma through which this arises […] is what is done by volition." This explains the two karmas: the first is volition itself, and the second is karma [performed] after having willed. Karma [performed] after having willed refers to what is done by volition, which is bodily and vocal karma.
