論「有餘師說至分為二故」，敘異說也。太法師云：「是龍樹說。此法師意說：既云齋戒，故以不非時食以為體性。除齋，餘有八種，說名齋支。果塗飾香鬘為一，舞歌觀聽為一。食節有八支。」齋，梵名鄔波婆婆，此翻為齋，或名近住。

The commentary states: "Other masters say [...] divided into two", which relates a different view. Master Tai said: "This is Nāgārjuna's explanation. This master's intention is to say: since it is called upavāsa-precepts, not eating at improper times is taken as its intrinsic nature. Apart from upavāsa, there are eight others, which are called the factors of upavāsa. Anointing with perfumes and garlands is one; watching and listening to dance and song is one. Eating in moderation has eight factors." Upavāsa is in Sanskrit upavāsa, translated here as zhai, or named jinzhù (close dwelling).
