論「然尋本論至不容前難」，論主不信《婆沙》通自通難也。本論但言無學法能成於佛，不言生身非佛身。既是佛出血，於佛得罪，故不容前難。

On the passage in the treatise from "However, when one examines the fundamental treatise" up to "does not allow for the previous objection": the author of the treatise does not accept the Vibhāṣā's resolution of the objection and resolves it himself. The fundamental treatise merely states that the aśaikṣa dharmas are able to constitute a Buddha; it does not state that the physical body is not the Buddha's body. Since it is shedding the blood of a Buddha, one incurs the transgression with respect to the Buddha, and therefore the previous objection does not apply.
