論「如是世尊言至能解脫眾苦」，下引五行頌證。前兩頌證邪歸不脫眾苦，後三行證正歸依能脫眾苦。「制多」者，外道塔廟。

On the passage in the treatise from "Thus the World-Honoured One said" up to "is able to be liberated from all suffering": below, five lines of verse are cited as proof. The first two verses prove that taking improper refuge cannot free one from all suffering; the latter three lines prove that taking proper refuge can free one from all suffering. "Caitya" refers to a non-Buddhist shrine or temple.
