14.3

論「傍論已了至表無表相」，上來已明二、三、五業及傍論了，自此已下大文第二明律儀等三，先總標三別、後依章別釋。此半頌，第一總標三也。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Incidental discussions having been completed... to ...the marks of intimation and non-intimation": Up to this point, the two, three, and five karmas as well as the incidental discussions have been explained. From this point below is the second major section of the text, explaining the three [categories of] saṃvara and the rest; it first generally designates the three distinctions, and afterwards explains them separately according to the headings. This half-verse is the first [part], generally designating the three.
