14.48
論「異心無心亦恒轉故」，答也。異心，謂不善、無記心。無心，謂滅定。
The treatise says: "Because it continues constantly even during different minds or mindlessness" is the answer. 'Different minds' refers to unwholesome and indeterminate minds. 'Mindlessness' refers to the cessation attainment (nirodhasamāpatti).
