論「如說安住至亦成過去」，釋惡戒也。同善律儀成現在世及過去也。
As for the treatise stating, "As it is said that one abiding […] also possesses the past": this explains unwholesome precepts. Like the wholesome saṃvara, they are possessed in the present and past [times].
