14.62

論「一切聖者至先未起故」，釋道戒也。唯除最初苦法智忍一剎那中不成過去，爾時未有過去道故。自餘聖者乃至未入無餘，依前皆成過、未。

As for the treatise stating, "All noble ones […] because it has not previously arisen": this explains the precepts of the path. It is only excluded in the initial single moment of the receptive tolerance of dharma-knowledge of suffering, in which one does not possess the past, because at that time there is as yet no past path. All other noble ones, up until they enter [nirvāṇa] without remainder, in accordance with the aforementioned, all possess the past and future.
