「論曰至二生上界」，釋非色善法捨由二緣。加行善斷、善加行捨，亦名斷善捨也。《正理論》云「應言少分亦離染捨，如憂根等非色善法。」解云：等者，等取惡作，惡作定與憂相應故。

The Śāstra says: "[...] up to: second, being born into a higher realm." This explains that non-material good dharmas are abandoned through two conditions. The severance of preparatory good and the abandonment of the preparatory effort toward good are also called abandonment through the severance of good. The Nyāyānusāra states: "It should be stated that a small portion is also abandoned through detachment from passion, such as the faculty of sorrow and other non-material good dharmas." Explaining this: "and other" includes remorse (kaukṛtya), because remorse is necessarily associated with sorrow.
