論「有說此業不感受果」，此師意說：唯感色，不感心果。此二師皆說下地無順不苦不樂受業。

The Śāstra says: "Some say this karma does not experience feeling as a fruit." This master's intention is: it brings about only material form, not mental fruit. Both of these two masters maintain that lower levels lack karma conducive to neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling.
