15.219

論「欲界聖中至證法性故」，明欲界聖人唯除諸佛有心狂也。五因之中，唯有四大乖適，無餘四因。如文可解。

The Śāstra says: "Among the noble ones of the desire realm, […] because they have realized the nature of phenomena"—this clarifies that among noble ones of the desire realm, with the sole exception of the Buddhas, insanity can occur. Among the five causes, they have only the discordance of the four great elements, and lack the other four causes. It can be understood according to the text.
