15.3

論「此別解脫至不爾云何」，此下一頌，大文第九明三種律儀所從得處。初之「從」字通其三節，從一切、從二、從現；第三句「從」字通二節，從根本、從恒時。總有五節。

The treatise states: "This prātimokṣa [...] If not so, how?" This next single verse is the ninth major section, explaining the sources from which the three kinds of restraint are obtained. The first word 'from' applies to three clauses: from all, from two, from the present; the word 'from' in the third line applies to two clauses: from the primary [paths of action], and from all times. In total there are five clauses.
