15.42

論「若觀未來至得不律儀」，又重難也。至親有未來羊體，觀彼有害得惡戒。羊等有未來聖、親體，觀彼未來無害心，應不於羊得惡戒。

The treatise says: "If considering the future... acquiring non-restraint."
This is another renewed challenge. Closest kin have a future sheep body; considering that one would harm them, one acquires bad precepts. Sheep and the like have future bodies of noble ones and kin; considering that in the future one would have no intention to harm them, one should not acquire bad precepts in relation to sheep.
