15.92

論「正法滅時至無有捨義」，破異說也。如文可了。有人云：以今說戒羯磨未止息故，故知未滿千年者。非也。

On the Śāstra's statement, "When the True Dharma perishes... there is no sense of abandonment": this refutes divergent opinions. It is understandable from the text. Someone said: "Because the recitation of the precepts and monastic procedures (karman) have not ceased at present, we therefore know that the thousand years have not yet elapsed." This is incorrect.
