論「於剎那滅蘊如何成殺生」，正量部問也。問意云：如有部宗云，有為蘊剎那自滅，不待客因。如何成殺？謂過去已滅、現在自滅、未來未至。

On the Śāstra's "With regard to momentarily perishing skandhas, how is killing accomplished?": This is a question by the Sammatīya school. The meaning of the question is: As the Sarvāstivādin school says, conditioned skandhas perish of themselves in an instant, without waiting for an extrinsic cause. How can killing be accomplished? For the past has already perished, the present perishes of itself, and the future has not yet arrived.
