論「是雜穢語」，答也。雜穢語寬，餘所不攝即雜穢語攝。

[On the passage in the] treatise: 'It is frivolous talk': This is the answer. Frivolous talk is broad; whatever is not subsumed by the others is subsumed under frivolous talk.
