論「善言義者至名為能解」，釋兩關難也。取正聞時故，通表、無表難。善言義者無迷亂緣故，通然未了知難也。

[On the passage in the] treatise: 'One skilled in the meaning of words […] is called capable of understanding': This resolves the difficulties of both horns. By taking the precise time of hearing, it resolves the difficulty regarding informative and uninformative [karma]. Because one skilled in the meaning of words lacks conditions for confusion, it resolves the difficulty of 'yet not having comprehended.'
