16.51

「論曰至自表無故」，明六惡業道也。若遣他作，唯有無表。

[On the verse passage] from "The Śāstra says" up to "because one's own manifest [action] is absent": this explains the six unwholesome karmapathas. If one dispatches another to act, there is non-manifest [action] alone.
