論「何故不言至則說非餘」，釋無色善雖因、果俱白，不說所以也。
The Śāstra says: "Why is it not said […] then it is stated, not others"—this explains the reason why, although both the cause and fruit of the formless [realm's] wholesome [karma] are bright, it is not mentioned.
