論「已辨業障至唯無想處」，明餘障通五趣也。三惡趣全是異熟障，人唯北洲，天唯無想。其煩惱障，無文簡別，故知五趣全有。

On the Śāstra's statement, 'Having analyzed karmic obstacles... only in the stage without ideation': This clarifies that the remaining obstacles are common to the five destinies. The three wretched destinies are entirely maturation obstacles; among humans, it is only the Northern Continent; among devas, it is only the heaven without ideation. As for defilement obstacles, there is no textual qualification, so we know they exist entirely across all five destinies.
