論「依上善根至非彼器故」，斷欲善，上二界善得更遠故，此身不是上善器故。

On the Śāstra's stating: "In reliance on higher wholesome roots [...] because this is not their vessel", severing desire-realm wholesome roots causes the wholesome roots of the higher two realms to be further alienated, and this physical basis is not a vessel for higher wholesome roots.
