論「唯男女身志意定故」，答。扇搋等身志意不定，不能斷善。
The treatise says, "Only in male and female bodies, because their resolve is determinate": this is the answer. The resolve of [eunuchs like] ṣaṇḍhas and the like is indeterminate, so they cannot sever the good.
