論「言將生者至謂彼將死」，釋將生、將死。彼死者即是於地獄中將死時續。
The treatise says, "The phrase 'when about to take birth' [...] means when that person is about to die": this explains "when about to take birth" and "when about to die". That person dying means reconnecting when about to die in hell.
