In the passage of the śāstra from "Because there is no unwholesome intention" up to "as appropriate", the absence of the three physical karmas can be understood from the text. Regarding "because body and mind are soft, and because of lack of utility, as appropriate", the Nyāyānusāra says: "Because they have no deceptive mind, there is no false speech, or it is due to lack of utility. Because they are always harmonious, there is no divisive speech. Because their words are pure and pleasant, there is no harsh speech. Uttarakuru has three cases: first, the three mental courses of action are only possessed and not currently active; second, frivolous talk extends to both possession and current activity; third, the three physical courses of action and three vocal courses of action are neither possessed nor currently active."
