17.90

論「除前地獄至皆通成現」，明除前二處，餘趣、處中十不善業道皆通現、成。明其同。

The passage of the śāstra from "Except for the aforementioned hells" up to "all extend to possession and current activity" explains that, with the exception of the preceding two places, in the remaining destinies and places all ten unwholesome courses of action extend to both current activity and possession. This clarifies their commonality.
